We serve the Omaha Nebraska Metro and surrounding areas. All of Nebraska is welcome to join our chapter. Council Bluffs and other non-Nebraska residents are encouraged to join their relevant chapters, but you are still welcome at our meetings, too!

Metro Omaha Chapter Leadership Officers

President Kimberly Ingraham-Beck

Kimberly received her Bachelor in Music Education degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO), her Masters in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Music and Technology from UNO, her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Doane University, and her Masters in Computer Science Education from UNO. Kim taught Instrumental Music at Omaha Bryan High School for 6 years. Kimberly is currently the Computer Science Teacher and Exports Coach at Gretna High School and is in her 7th year there. 

Vice President Kristeen Shabram

Kristeen Shabram is a middle school teacher at Westside Middle School in Omaha, NE. She teaches Business & Technology and Digital Media. She also sponsors an after school Girls Who Code Club. She has served two terms as the K-8 Representative on the national CSTA Board and she was the 2022 CSTA Annual Conference Chair. She has been a member of the CSTA Metro Omaha Chapter since 2016.

Secretary Abby Langner

Abby is a STEM Education Consultant who supports teachers and students in Computer Science at any age or skill level. Abby's teaching experience includes a variety of roles since 2008. As the Chapter Secretary, Abby's exceptional organizational skills will help keep the CSTA Metro Omaha Chapter running smoothly.

Treasurer Jeff Ingraham

I have been a Computer science teacher and trainer at th K-21 level since the 1980s. I am currently the COO of a STEM non profit called PrairieSTEM and still teach technology in a number of K-12 schools and colleges. I am on the NETA Board a member of MOEC YTech Committee and I ran the ITUG group at ESU#3 for many years and I am still a member of the group. I look forward to helping move CSTA forward!
